They’re also full of manganese which is used for bone production, skin integrity and for blood sugar control. It also protects against free radicals and skin issues, and can even alleviate asthma.

 

Ingredients for 1 fluffy pancake:

  • 1 (ripe) banana
  • 2 eggs (for the vegan variation of this recipe replace the eggs with silken tofu)

 

Ideas for decoration:

  1. Mash the bananas in a large bowl.
  2. Beat the eggs and add them to the mashed banana.
  3. Heat a frying pan to moderate heat. Add some oil and cook for 30 seconds on each side.

Honey, agave or maple syrup, cherries, strawberries, berries, nuts, lemon syrup + brown sugar

1 tbsp. peanut butter or tahini, 1 tbsp. coconut flakes, 2 tbsp. linseed, 1 scoop of protein, 1 tbsp. raisins, 1 tsp. cinnamon, nuts or thin slices of apple or pear
