I love herbs: dill, parsley, celery, basil, mint, coriander, fennel, thyme, rosemary, oregano, citriothyme, myronia, sage, marjoram and many others.
They do not only give colour in our plates but also taste & smell in our food, salads, smoothies, juices especially when they are used fresh and not frozen. Moreover, their systematic use can help in the reduction of salt consumption!!!
They all have high nutritional value and many pharmaceutical properties. They are full of vitamins: C, A, B12, K, folic acid, ferrum, volatile oils and flavonoids which is famous for the antioxidant, anti-aging, anticancer and antithrombotic properties.
Choose the ones you like most, wash them well, sieve them properly and put them into jars with water into your fridge (see the photo). If you can change the water every two-three days you can keep them and enjoy them fresh for almost ten days!!!
Otherwise you can plant them in your garden or into pots in your balcony!!!
